  Perfect Inspections is a property inspection service dedicated to the clients we work for. Some of our clients include buyers, sellers, realtors, 

  field service companies, insurance companies and banks. My coverage area includes all of the central San Joaquin Valley here in California. 

  We use cutting-edge technology to bring you the most comprehensive inspection reports and results.

  My qualifications come from the past 30 years of buying, rehabbing and selling homes and apartments in all stages of disrepair. Most of these

  projects required me to know building codes, health hazard issues and identify construction defects to make the right choice to buy or not. I 

  have also completed one of the most respected Home Inspection courses in the industry through Allied Property Inspection and I am a member
